Large, clean rooms with usable balconies. Very attentive staff for any problems - we needed a new coffee pot and they brought a new one quickly.

Good location and very clean inside and outdoor area.

The one bedroom unit I had was very comfortable and clean and had a balcony with a nice view. The admin staff were very friendly and helpful when I made inquiries about the resort and Fort Lauderdale.

Long wait at check-in.

I was pleasantly surprised with the layout of the room which had a separate bedroom, large fridge, kitchen supplied with dishes and silverware and cooking pots, dining table, living room and balcony with a table and chairs

The pool was disgusting, the service was poor, and there was no food at all.

Nobody cleans the rooms...(that costs extra)...there are NO restaurants...the staff is NOT very friendly...and the pools are disgustingly dirty!
